Direct payments, separate service fees
Clients pay sellers, restaurants and service providers directly. We charge separately for coordination and never accept funds to forward to third parties.
No access to client banking or cash
We do not handle client cash, bank cards, PINs, passwords or payment accounts.
Defined work, not everyday errands
We do not undertake daily shopping, pet care, general courier errands or guarantee emergency response around the clock.
Access only with written authorisation
Property access, key custody, vehicle movement and third-party entry require specific prior approval and suitable safeguards.
